Chromebook B - See the next 6 pictures. The Chromebook powers on but displays a blank screen
Chromebook C - See the last 6 pictures. The Chromebook powers on when initially plugged in. It may or may not power on at other times. After it powers on, it shuts off by itself after a few seconds or minutes. If it stays on long enough, it boots to Chrome OS
